About Cincyscreenwriter
Cincyscreenwriter was born and raised in a suburb on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio by the name of Wyoming. Born on July 22, 1972 Cincyscreenwriter attended Wyoming public schools and acting classes at the University of Cincinnati school of performing arts at an early age.
Cincyscreenwriter is a self taught screenwriter still residing in the greater Cincinnati area today. Fueled by an inner fire to be a successful writer and to end abuse of children Cincyscreenwriter began writing her first screenplay at age 22. Cincyscreenwriter is also a published poet and won an award for best poem in 2001 for “Core of the Revenge”. “Core of the Revenge” was published by Watermark press in 2001. Cincyscreenwriter is also responsible for writing and producing an art exhibit entitled “Shadows of Emotion”, in which the exhibit encapsulates 5 dark stories of emotions that everyday people do not want to bring to light, but that in which need to come out. This exhibit’s medium is three fold with one part being the written poetry, one part being the illustration, and the third part being song. The third part is yet to be arranged and added. The wonderful interpretation of Cincyscreenwriter’s poetry is made, illustrated beautifully and accurately by artist Teri Blankemeyer (McSorley). This exhibit is tailor made to be a traveling exhibit, with the intention of taking it to women’s crisis centers , as well as, other public venues.
Cincyscreenwriter has also been involved in volunteer ghost-writing for The Center Of Holocaust and Humanity Education at headquarters at Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati, Ohio, under the direction of Dr. Racelle Weiman from 2003-2004. The exhibit was called:
Her Story Must Be Told:
Women’s Voices from the Holocaust
It appeared in an April version of The Cincinnati Enquirer in 2004.
